Employee of the month - February 2016

At Vega IT every one of us can nominate a colleague as "Employee of the month", at any time. It is enough to write a single sentence stating why you're nominating that person. Anonymous online voting is organized at the end of each month. Our Employee of the month in Fabruary was our Human Value Manager Maja Neducic, and this is the reason why:
"I opted for this nomination because I noticed how much effort Maja put in organizing so many activities this month. I would personally highlight good organization of teambuilding trip. In my opinion, organization of these activities can be rather complicated and stressful, but she keeps finding strength and with her smile manages to carry out everything in the best possible way."
Meet Maja Nedučić
Everything about Maja's CV screams Industrial Psychology, and she's riding the new wave of personnel administration as Vega IT's Human Value Manager.
We all have our priorities, and Maja believes that the most valuable assets of any enterprise are the people that staff it. While our designers and builders continuously push the boundaries of the game, she checks in to make sure that we are all keeping a cool head and operating at peak efficiency.
With her sights on a PhD, she also volunteers with Novi Sad's champions of education "Teach Us All," because her vision of bettering lifestyles extends and extends.
With her walls full of certificates, books on her shelves, and a snowboard in her purse, we are grateful that she can manage her time so well that she is able to help us manage ours.
Maja has earned the Master of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology.
