About SharePoint Server 2010

MOSS 2010 is an improvement of the 2007 version, and its predecessor, SPS 2003. While Vega is engaging new projects with the 2010 version, we are maintaining 2007 for sites deployed with that framework.

The functional advantages of SharePoint Server are exemplified in its integration with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Access, etc.), its inter-enterprise search capacities, practical enterprise content management, and specialized records and documents management.
